Sarah has been dancing for 17 years. She was part of the Encore Performing Arts Company for 4 years and Essex County Dancers Inc. for 1 year. Throughout the duration of E.C.D.I. and afterward she has done several benefit shows such as The Hospice Fashion Show broadcasted on the local channel.

Sarah has been teaching dance for 8 years, 6 years in Essex and 2 years at the Main Studio. Prior to teaching, she demonstrated in Essex for 3 years.

For the past few years, she has been competing in the Ontario Youth Talent Search and has been a semi-finalist in London, Ontario.
